Whether we have money or not, one thing is certain, it is never far from our minds.

Money = Power.

Power = Control.

Control = Dominance.

Dominance = Rule.

Rule = Obedience.

Obedience = superiority.

Superiority = Alliance.

Alliance = Unity

Unity = Strength.

All these things mentioned are the product of generational transcendence from our ancestor.   We can never have enough of it.    We say “ money is not everything”, but try and live without it is easier said than done.

Money is not the problem, our attitude towards money is the problem.   We are impatience, if we want something, we have to have it now.   We surrender our power to indebtedness and then we blame money for the stress of debt.   We are envies of people who have money.   They probably stick by their budged.

This is why a personal budget is so important.

If money can be treated with respect and we can learn the patience to manage it properly,  we would be able to enjoy the freedom it can provide.

  • WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR DREAM

Ask yourself, is unemployment really such a  bad thing that happen to you?   Maybe the universe is telling you something?

Just maybe this is your chance at your dream?  Think about your life before your first job.  What was your dream?  Not your goal or your plans, but your dream, the laughable, far-fetched idea that you spent late nights discussing with your friends.   Did you dream of owning your own pub by the sea?  Or maybe you wanted to become a writer, lawyer, or Bill Gates?   There are certainly a lot of factors involved in making the decision to reinvent yourself.  Reinventing yourself is a very private and  personal decision you to make.   I am sure that  in the 8 hours a day you spend looking for that job, you can dream and think at least 60 minutes to work on achieving your dreams as well.

 The TRY program has a strategy to change the way we address unemployment. You can now register a person that is unemployed form the day it happen. The program has self help exercises which can speed up the recovery process in the rehabilitation  section of the workshop.   This will allow the unemployed to deal immediately with the physiological effects of been unemployed.   The sooner the unemployment status is addressed, the less financial and emotional scars the individual will have to deal with.

The TRY workshops is a overall informative tool to give you information of the effects of unemployment and address the healing aspects of the trauma  caused during the time of unemployment, as well as taking you through the steps of career reinvention.

I have to decided to bring a more hopeful picture to the doom and gloom of unemployment.   The workshops are designed to accommodate people that has been unemployed for a long period of time, as well as the new job seekers.

Modern technology has bring a complete different way of how we structure our CV and prepare for job interviews.

The rehabilitation and reinvention program is excellent for restructuring ones life and finding self-esteem and self-worth.

 It is a subjects that effects everybody some or other time,  maybe not directly, but certainly indirectly.   The main thing is that people that is unemployed must really be willing  to rehabilitate and reinvent themselves.   Without them coming forward and ask for assistance to reinvent themselves, nothing can be done.   It is up to the family and friends to register on a platform that will be available soon, to register their family, acquaintances or friends that has been effected by unemployment.

  In fact it is your  the duty to register  a unemployed person, as unemployment has devastating effects on family unity.   We advocate that our children is the future of this world – well if the custodians of the “future”  is unemployed – how are the future leaders of the world going to develop.  The children of unemployed parents will have no self esteem – self worth and  numerous other psychological dis-comforts that has been unwillingly, imprinted on them due to unemployment.

The TRY -Program gives you a brief introduction to yoga for the purpose of reinventing yourself.    Should you find that you want to pursue the the practice further we recommend that you enroll yourself into yoga classes with Inner Engineering.  It is totally unnecessary to go to all the extreme exercises you see on television or pictures shown every where, have you ever seen Buddha images  in such difficult positions that you think - this is not for me - well that which you have seen is not the real deal.   Inner Engineering has guided me into yoga and it is a wonderful tool to discover  what a magnificent piece of engineering you are.

The practice of yoga is a journey into the self and will deepen and enrich your life on all levels. Through yoga we experience increased energy levels, good physical health, develop mental clarity and focus, emotional calm, self-awareness as well as peace within.  Yoga practice gives us ‘tools’ to live fully with the understanding of who we are and what our higher purpose is in life. As we become physically strong through the practice of yoga postures we also become mentally strong with increased ability to maintain focus and concentration. We strengthen on an emotional level and are more equipped to deal with life’s highs and lows where problems that once seemed overwhelming become much more manageable.

Through turning inward and connecting with our self we develop a relationship with our true self. From practices of finding stillness within, we find a connection with our higher spiritual self and ultimately live life more in-tune with our higher purpose. As we strengthen on all levels we are more equipped to live the life we choose. We become more flexible physically, we become mentally more flexible, less fixed and hard-headed, emotionally we become more open, less protected, more forgiving and loving of our self and others.
Yoga is an individual practice that is unique to each individual, as we are all different and live different lifestyles, the yoga practices we need to maintain a healthy body and mind vary from person to person.
There are many different techniques and disciplines in the yoga path
1. Asana is the physical postures
2. Pranayama is the breathing techniques
3. Dharana; the practice of developing concentration
4. Dyana is the practice of: meditation
Whether you first discover yoga through the postures, the philosophy or through meditation, you will be enriched with personal insights and revelations.
